The Benefits
         A short full of lime should be taken from day to day, morning and night, because of the following benefits:
  1. Lime is good for everyday health and should be taken regularly in the morning and night or whenever necessary.

  2. It removes unnecessary wastes from the body.

  3. It makes the eyes to see clearly.

  4. It facilitates digestion. Thereby, it prevents heaviness a long time after eating, because it prevents indigestion.

  5. It softens the stool, and ensures free flow inside the intestines, making it easy for people when they go to ease themselves in the toilets.

  6. It burns (removes) fat from the body, and thereby prevents obesity.

  7. It helps remove excess sugar from the body, preventing diabetes.

  8. It cures pile, the painful experience in the anal region, while going to toilet.

  9. It normalizes the stomach, and therefore, puts the stomach in good working condition.

  10. Lime makes people hungry, which means that the body system is working very fine.

  11. It serves as a purging agent, when excess of it is mixed with salt and drank for flushing the stomach and intestines.
